Aim
- Provide a platform for Hong Kong Youth and Youth from Ethnic minority groups to understand each others’ culture
- Provide opportunities for Youth from Ethnic minority groups to share their cultural characteristics and experiences with HK youth, in order to increase their self-efficacy
- Increase the skills sets of Youth from Ethnic minority groups, in order to increase their upward mobility in society
